What you get

Early access and real influence on the product

  • Free early access

You use Medbook free of charge during the pilot – about 1–2 months.

  • A direct line to the team

You talk directly to the people building the product, with no intermediaries or ticket systems.

  • Influence on the workflow

You help define what matters when preparing a visit in your specialty.

  • Preferential terms after the pilot

In the first year after the pilot, partners get preferential terms that we will agree together.

What we ask of you

Time, practice and honest feedback

The programme only works if the product is tried in real work and we hear what doesn't work.

  • A few structured feedback sessions
  • Real-world use within the agreed scope
  • Honest critique – especially when something doesn't work
  • Reports of incorrect or missing data

How it works

From application to review

  1. 1. Application

You fill in the form with your contact details and specialty.

  2. 2. Short call

We talk about your practice and whether the programme is a good fit.

  3. 3. Assisted onboarding

We help you with verification, set-up and your first patient invitations.

  4. 4. Pilot

You use Medbook in real visits within the agreed scope.

  5. 5. Review

Together we look at the results and decide what to change.

The pilot's regulatory scope

The pilot follows a pre-reviewed regulatory scope. Free or trial access does not change the requirements that apply to each function – Specialty Clinical AI remains in development and will be available only once the applicable EU MDR requirements are met. The doctor always reviews the output and makes the decision.
