Not every visit needs a new specialty analysis. That is why the professional product has two levels, both built on the same patient record.

A professional synthesis of the available medical history, so you can get oriented quickly.

Medbook works alongside Niset, GMedics, Hippocrates and your other medical software. The first version does not write back automatically – you decide what to carry over.

Invitations without data entry
Patients prepare themselves – you don't type in their details
Every invitation leads to the same visit. The patient creates or opens their record, adds their documents and shares access for that specific visit.
Invitations contain no medical information – they lead to a secure environment.

Quality control
Report and correct, with full traceability
Automated extraction can make mistakes. That is why every fact can be flagged and corrected without losing the link to the original.

Audit trail
Every correction to the structured layer is logged. The original document is never altered.
For GPs
A professional synthesis for the GP – at no charge
The GP is the coordinator in Medbook. When a patient uses "Analyse and send to my GP", you receive the professional version of the analysis without paying for it.
You assess the information and decide whether follow-up, a new test, your own examination or a specialist referral is needed.

Verification and security
Professional access for verified doctors only
UIN and specialty verification
A professional profile is activated after your UIN (doctor's registration number) and specialty have been checked.
Strong authentication
Professional accounts will require two-factor authentication (2FA).
Access with the patient's permission
You see a record only when the patient has shared it with you for a specific visit.
Regulatory note
Medbook has not launched yet. Specialty Clinical AI is in development and will be available only to verified medical specialists once the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (EU MDR) are met. Medbook does not replace clinical judgement – the doctor always reviews the output and makes the decision.
